Stormy: Six-O Ranch

 Stormy took me to Six-O Ranch yesterday for Christmas Eve! We had a great time, he did really good for his first trail drive with other horses.

Pony Christmas Carol

 So every year Dave writes me a Pony Christmas Carol based on a traditional Christmas song. This year it was based on “The Most Wonderful Time of the Year” by Andy Williams. Here it is…...

They're the most wonderful ponies of all.

With Breezy a rearing and Thunder a jumping, while Storms sleeps through it all.

They're the most wonderful ponies of all.

Rif's the hap, happiest horsey of all.

With that big butt a poopin', those farts come a shootin', when gas comes to caaaaallll.

They'll be ponies a bucking, and cats will be walking while dog runs around, why we don't know.

We'll have Cheddar not moving, and Smokes will be groomin' coughing up hairballs from long, long ago.

With big brand new stables, a sink with a table, and hay stacked up so taaaallll.

They're the most spoildest ponies of aaaaaallll.

Horse Agility

 I was able to film Thunder’s & Breezy’s horse agility class today and boy was it windy! They both did great, I had them all decorated for Christmas!!

Stormy TRT Main

 Stormy wanted to go trail driving today since my newly found driving group canceled yesterday because of the wind. He took me to TRT Main Park and I couldn’t ask for a better trail horse! He did absolutely amazing! I am so proud of this little guy!

What is taking so long? We got trails to explore!”

Stormy crossed a bridge for the first time with the cart. 
He crossed the bridge like a champ, like he had been crossing bridges for years!

The confidence building we have been working on lately is really starting to pay off, he is did AWESOME today! Go Stormy go!!

Thinking Tree

 Stormy has always been absolutely fine with cars and he was absolutely fine when the Amazon delivery driver passed us for the 3rd time the other day….. but that 4th time the scary Amazon delivery driver went by Stormy spooked and bolted! Now he spooks at every car that drives by.  Sooooo….. Stormy had some time on the “thinking tree” today, which is right next to the road with cars flying by. And he was like, “ WHY MOM?! WHY!!??
