 Stormy took me on a great adventure today where he meet up with his friend Oreo and his human Morgan. What a beautiful trailway, shade, not very busy, nice & flat, good footing and only 45 minutes from the house.

Baby Nova

 Tony, the breeder, just sent me new pictures of Baby Nova! OMG! She is just so ADORABLE!!

 A few days before Nova was born Dave and I were sitting at the table chatting with Bob. Nancy sister was not doing well at the time so Nancy was on the phone discussing arrangements with her family. This prompted me to asked Bob where he was going when he died. He said he was going to be “star dust!”  I thought that was really cool!! So when Nova was born I knew it was a sign and just had to get her. With a name like Nova, I feel she was named after star dust for Bob and she will also bring a sweet smile to our faces as we think of Aunt Doris who has recently passed away. I can tell this is already one REALLY special little filly!

Nova was born March 7, 2022, the day before Dave’s birthday! I will be able to bring her home the beginning of June. I am so excited about her and just can’t wait to get her. She is registered AMHA and I plan to register her AMHR. I will try to get her as many experiences as I can while she is so young. Next year I will be showing her in obstacle. I would like to bred her when she is older and plan to keep ALL her star dust babies!

Amazing Little Stormy

 I took Stormy to TRT Main Park. As soon as he got out of the van, he was molested by about 10 kids. He was such the little champ! I have learned not to let people pet him while hooked up to the cart. Stormy has learned that if we go up to people in the cart he gets to stop working. So he has started to STOP at every person we come across. So no more pets from strangers while hooked.

 I took Breezy over to Kristy’s house yesterday to practice on her obstacle course. I NEED to get Breezy a little pool. I put his foot in the water once and then he went flying over the pool LOL  not through the water.

 We just got back from the Belton Show and we had a wonderful time! Breezy did really good for a 2 year old. We got there on Thursday, got settled and the AMHR show was Friday thru Saturday.

The following video is from our obstacle class. Breezy did WONDERFUL for his first time! I was very happy with him!! It was so cool, the announcer knew it was our first show and was always cheering me on!
